Aperintel is an intelligence infrastructure company. We build AI-native systems for organisations, communities, and individuals. Our website provides information about our products and services, as well as interactive tools powered by AI technology.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Service to submit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service without our express written consent.

• Use the AI tools to generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or that violates applicable law.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. AI Tools and Generated Content

Our Intelligence Score, Intelligence Brief, and Start a Project tools use AI to generate outputs based on your inputs. These outputs are provided for informational and strategic planning purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, technical, or business advice.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or be unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any AI-generated content and for any decisions made in reliance on it.

By submitting inputs to our AI tools, you confirm that you have the right to share that information and that doing so does not breach any obligation of confidentiality or applicable law.

5. Project Brief Submissions

When you submit a project brief via our Start a Project tool, you are initiating an enquiry with Aperintel. Submission of a brief does not constitute a contract, commitment, or guarantee of services. Aperintel will review submitted briefs and respond at its discretion. All submitted information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aperintel website, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and software, is owned by or licensed to Aperintel and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

AI-generated outputs produced by our tools in response to your inputs may be used by you for your own internal purposes. Aperintel does not claim ownership of content generated in direct response to your specific inputs.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses third-party providers including Anthropic (AI processing) and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms and policies. Aperintel is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aperintel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Aperintel's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to Aperintel in the preceding 12 months or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
